Peking University's PKUnet is a project aimed at enhancing the teaching development of young faculty members. It facilitates this through organizing teaching training sessions, providing instructional resources, and fostering peer exchanges. By creating a platform for sharing teaching philosophies, reflecting on teaching practices, and carrying out educational research, PKUnet helps young faculty establish a proper educational philosophy, make sound professional development plans, and improve their teaching quality and capacity for innovation.
Select high-quality courses on artificial intelligence topics among the members of the alliance (as shown in the table below), open them online to member universities, enhance students' digital literacy, and explore certificate authentication among alliance universities.
Build a disciplinary exchange platform around AI4S, and explore the integration points of research through thinking collision. The goal is to track the forefront, exchange ideas, gather consensus, and put it into practice.
The Peking University Cambridge research team jointly constructed an EMI teacher teaching ability evaluation framework, providing scientific basis for improving teacher teaching ability and training. Promote teacher training, level certification, and ability enhancement. Forming the network of EMI in the DI-IDEA alliance.
Targeting teachers within the alliance, we will conduct short-term on-site exchanges for 1-3 months to promote academic research and disciplinary development in digital education, and promote the development of joint projects in digital education.
